In accordance with Consob Resolution no. 11971/1999 as amended, the minutes approving the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2011 by the Shareholders' General Meeting, pursuant to the file of the financial statements for the year and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2011, along with the documentation provided by prevailing law - is available to the public at the registered office.
The aforesaid documentation was also filed with the Business Registry and can be consulted on the Internet site www.popolarevicenza.it .
