On the basis of the provisions set forth in article 36 of Italian Law 214/2011 and the relative interpretation criteria, drawn up jointly by the Bank of Italy, Consob and Isvap, previously announced and rendered public on 20 April 2012, yesterday evening Paolo Bedoni tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Banca Popolare di Vicenza, effective immediately.
