- The members of the Board of Directors whose term has expired have been re-confirmed: Giovanni Zonin, Andrea Monorchio, Maurizio Stella, Giovanni Fantoni and Alessandro Bianchi. Two new directors appointed: Giovanna Dossena and Paolo Angius.
In the new Board of Directors: Giovanni Zonin confirmed as Chairman for the three-year period 2013 - 2015.
